Network Kit - Ready-to-go

Includes:

• Wired/Wireless Router - Configured according to your Internet Connection
• Ethernet Cables Cat 6 - To connect to your ISP Modem and four workstations

Note: If your building does not have a network wire infrastructure, we will arrange a contractor to install ports and switches at designated places. Our technicians will supervise the installation and will make sure that the network structure give optimum performance and reliability.


Stand-by Tech Support

Includes:

• On-the-Phone: Our technicians will walk you through every step of the way till the problem is resloved and you are satisfied as far as the resolution is concerned, and we are satisfied as to the quality of the solution.
• Remote Desktop Connection: You can allow our technician to remotely connect to your workstation/server and resolve the issue. Once the issue is resolved, the connection is permanently removed from your workstation/server, to assure security and privacy.
• On-Site-Visit: Our technician will visit your facility and cary out any repair/maintenance activities.
• Free On-Phone Consultation: We welcome any consultation that can help you in planning and implementing your technology infrastructure.
